In the United States, we are becoming culturally isolated from one another. We view the world through our car window shields, television screens and i-phones. Our urban fabric is formed of an anonymous grid of vehicles and garage doors with little opportunity given to consequential social interaction.

 

We ask, "does the design create opportunities for meaningful social exchange and learning?"
