THE TEJIDO GROUP

We are pleased to share with you the concepts that have been generated over the last few weeks since our initial meeting and presentation. Through a series of charettes and design sessions, various ideas were explored for the future of the Woodland Lake Park Tract. Those ideas were expanded and refined into the optimum concepts contained in this presentation.

In order to ensure all information is presented clearly, we recommend that you follow the structure of the presentation as outlined below. When all concepts have been reviewed, we invite you to submit your feedback through the form provided under the Submit Feedback menu option to the left.

1 - CASE STUDIES

The Case Studies menu link will take you to a page of many case studies related to this project. They are organized to relate directly to the acquisition scenarios presented in the initial presentation. Case Studies help designers and clients alike to learn from the successes and mistakes of others who were faced with similar situations.

2 - CONCEPTS

To review the concepts, please begin by clicking on the Concepts menu link; that page will direct you to view both the non-development and development concepts. From the Development page, we have organized the concepts into conventional development and non-conventional development strategies (although a non-development scenario is preferred among the majority of the population, reviewing all concepts will help the community be prepared for all likely outcomes).

3 - ALTERNATIVES

Individual elements of each concept may be combined with those of another. This offers flexibility in designing a masterplan that best reflects the needs and market of the community. When submitting feedback, you may refer to the Alternatives page to organize your thoughts and to help us better understand which conceptual elements you feel are most appropriate for Pinetop-Lakeside.

4 - SUBMIT FEEDBACK

As we continue to solicit and receive feedback from the community, the design concepts can better reflect the consensus of the community. It is important to remember that constructive and thoughtful comments are much more conducive to the design process than purely negative criticisms. We will continue to welcome your feedback about the concepts through April 18, 2007.
